Performance Consultant

Job Description

Actively seeking driven, motivated sales professionals with music educator backgrounds for our Performance Consultant (PC) role. By developing relationships with educators to promote our programs, the PC opens doors to an exemplary lifetime travel experience for junior high or high school students. In this position, the successful PC will develop new business from their association of warm contacts of directors (teachers) and schools through personal communication to teachers daily. He/she, through consultative and invitational strategies, will guide teachers through the stages to successfully set up and offer these life changing performance experiences for their programs.


Competitive compensation package consisting of commissions and bonuses.
Contract work, 1099 employee part time

Basic Qualifications

Current or retired teacher in music education (Band, Orchestra, Choir directors)
Experience in Performance and Event travel with their own ensembles
Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
Demonstrated ability to influence, coach and direct others to achieve desired outcomes
Ability to excel both individually and as part of a team
Ability to balance multiple, competing priorities in a fast paced work environment
Willingness to learn and accept coaching to apply proven sales strategies
Enjoy talking on the phone and communicating electronically via text and social media
Enjoy connecting and promotion of our events through your online social media presence.
Some seasonal evening/weekend work is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as music educator (preferably high school band, orchestra, choir director)
Experience with phone sales, telephone sales, telesales and outbound calling.
Experience with basic computing functions, including MS Office and CRM applications.
